Mizuno is a Japanese sports brand, with incredible heritage. The business is completely focused on the concept of delivering improved sporting performance, not fashion. From football and running, through to handball, swimming, martial arts and more, the business has one of the best reputations in sport. Our brief, is to create campaigns across Europe that bring this message of sporting performance to consumer audiences to drive the brands awareness and sales.

THE IDEA.

Sport is a fiercely competitive market - with huge budgets and competition from the leading brands Nike, Adidas and Puma. We certainly cannot outspend the competition, so our approach is designed to out-think them. Positioning Mizuno as a brand that is obsessed with sport, and the reality of sport - driving individual performance forward.

RESULTS.

The campaign has just launched across Europe (Q1 2012) so the results aren't in. Early indications though are incredibly positive from the regional markets, with immediate online success including becoming YouTube's most viewed Sport Viral, with over 70,000 views in its first week.
